Joining Re/Max in 1993, Joyce’s top priorities are to provide timely, accurate information to our buyers and sellers and of course, communication. As Director, Joyce consistently interacts with clients, agents, attorneys and mortgage brokers to ensure contracts are fully executed and deadlines are met. In her past work experience, Joyce also did marketing and advertising for Real Estate Agents & office. As the Cannan Team’s licensed listing coordinator, Taylor assists Jaci and our clients with the process of selling their homes. This includes a pre-listing consultation to discuss the condition of your home and suggestions for updates prior to selling, as well as coordinating the staging, professional cleaning, and photography/video services. Behind the scenes, Taylor manages your property’s marketing across all the social media and advertising platforms that the Cannan Team utilizes. Taylor understands that selling a home can be a stressful and emotional experience, which is why she strives to provide clear, empathetic communication, and warm professional service. Though her educational and professional background is in nutrition and sciences, Taylor has always been passionate about Real Estate and interior design. Her magnetic personality and commitment to helping others ensures a smooth transaction and the very highest level of service.
Jackie is a native Rochestarian, and has shared many personal and professional successes. In advance of her Real Estate career, she was a stay at home Mom during her daughter’s early years, then went on in a career as an underwriter for JP Morgan Chase. Her vast experience, local knowledge, fun loving personality, and dedication have proven to be a perfect formula for her most recent endeavor. Gregg graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Business Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a native to the Rochester area, and has 16+ years in the construction and remodeling fields. Additionally, Gregg has been a USPAP certified appraiser along with 8+ years in residential mortgage underwriting. He has experience in real estate investment properties, rentals, “flips”, and more. Gregg’s unparalleled drive to help clients achieve their goals along with his extensive past knowledge of the industry make him a true asset to the The Cannan Team!
Jason’s versatility stems from having grown up on both east and west side of Rochester. Graduate of Victor HS in 2003. His 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, Human Resources with Paychex, INC, regional management, national sales support and IT development, have enabled him to achieve goals in real estate that most agents will never realize. Since entering real estate in 2016, Jason has partnered in sales exceeding $70 million dollars and most recently earned his place in the Re/Max international executive club in 2020. Jason has chosen our buyers agency division with a special interest in first time home buyers and associated programs. He loves golf, cycling, cooking, volunteering, and parenting his rescue dog, Chloe. His references are available upon request.
